TERMS OF SERVICE
Upon commissioning me, you are acknowledging and accepting the terms listed below:Payments and Transactions - Payments are made strictly through PayPal via invoice to your given email. All payments are made up front no exceptions. Given prices and payments will be made in USD.Refundability - A rough sketch will be drawn before payment and sent to you for review. If the sketch is to your satisfaction and you agree to continue, the upfront payment policy is in effect. Once your consent has been given and the invoice has been paid, the commission is no longer refundable.If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, I can decide to cancel the commission and will issue an immediate refund.Deadlines - On average, commissions will take 1-2 weeks. Factors that may affect commission completion such as IRL matters, personal mental and health issues, etc. may affect progress. Once you have filled out the commission form, you will receive an email when your order has been verified and progress has begun as well as the invoice.Commercial Rights - By default, commissioned art pieces are for personal use only. Redistribution of my art is prohibited. However, you may use my art for profile pictures, banners, general branding graphics, etc. but credit must be given to me and depending on the circumstance, additional fees may be added.By default, commissions will come with a roughly detailed stylistic background and a single character.
Any additional characters will increase the base image price by 50%More detailed background requests will add an additional fee depending on complexity.
Profile - $80
Profile commissions consist of the requested character(s) drawn from the torso up.
Half Body - $120
Half Body commissions consist of the requested character(s) drawn from the upper thigh/waist up in varying poses.
Full Body - $150
Full Body commissions consist of the requested character(s) drawn in their entirety from head to toe.
