TERMS OF SERVICE
Upon commissioning me, you are acknowledging and accepting the terms listed below:Payments and Transactions - Payments are made strictly through PayPal via invoice to your given email. All payments are made up front no exceptions. Given prices and payments will be made in USD.Refundability - A rough sketch will be drawn before payment and sent to you for review. If the sketch is to your satisfaction and you agree to continue, the upfront payment policy is in effect. Once your consent has been given and the invoice has been paid, the commission is no longer refundable.If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, I can decide to cancel the commission and will issue an immediate refund.Deadlines - On average, commissions will take 1-2 weeks. Factors that may affect commission completion such as IRL matters, personal mental and health issues, etc. may affect progress. Once you have filled out the commission form, you will receive an email when your order has been verified and progress has begun as well as the invoice.Commercial Rights - By default, commissioned art pieces are for personal use only. Redistribution of my art is prohibited. However, you may use my art for profile pictures, banners, general branding graphics, etc. but credit must be given to me and depending on the circumstance, additional fees may be added.By default, commissions will come with a roughly detailed stylistic background and a single character.
Any additional characters will increase the base image price by 50%More detailed background requests will add an additional $25~$50 depending on complexity.

Additional Information

Certain questions may arise pertaining to multiple requests inside of a single commission. If that is the case, please rest assured that at the end of the commission form, there is a prompt that will allow you to state your request. Skylar will be able to see the request and will then reach out to you with questions regarding the additional commission. Please be aware that there may be a slight increase in overall price since the purchase of multiple commissions in a single request is not intended and the increase is meant to compensate for the increased time.In regards to original characters that are not your own, Skylar may require that you provide a way to contact OC's owner for consent to draw their character.At the end of the day, the decision to accept the commission is entirely Skylar's and she has complete authority whether she accepts or denies your request. Please respect that and be mature if you are rejected.

Welcome to the NSFW segment where there will be more concrete details.Every user is expected to be of legal age and discovery of any underaged commissioners will result in immediate termination of their request and suspension from future commissions.

Basic Terms of Service

Pricing - NSFW commissions will all be set at the SFW prices on the main sheet plus one quarter of the base price.
Privacy - Every piece commissioned will be kept completely private in respect to the commissioner and once the piece is completed, the buyer is permitted to do with the art as they please.
Additionally, the buyer may request two versions of the desired artwork being both censored and uncensored completely free of charge.

In regards to non-OC's of any kind/under any non licensing, research will be conducted if possible regarding the eligibility of creating NSFW works regarding said character(s). If notable information cannot be found about said character(s), forms of consent from the owner must be provided in respect to the owners privacy. If found fraudulent, the commissioner will be reported, banned from future commissions, the original owner will be contacted and legal measures may be pursued. This is NOT negotiable.

-CannibalismAgain, there is absolutely NO exception to these types of commissions and your request will immediately be rejected and deleted.

Regarding Furry Content:
Skylar is by no means a furry artist and therefore has very little experience creating furry themed art. Due to this fact, the increase in difficulty for her, prices will be raised if you decide to commission furry art to compensate for additional time spent on the artwork.
Alternatively, you may request easing back on the extremity of animalistic features and the price increase can be negotiated to be lowered or even rendered void.Please do not take this as discrimination towards you/your preferences. Skylar respects your tastes as long as it is legal and consensual, she is just not used to this type of commission but is more than willing to try!
